How can I book an appointment at the Dora Graff Salon?

You can book an appointment at the Dora Graff Salon in the "Reserve appointment" menu by using the calendar icon at the bottom right of the website, or the "Reserve appointment" button indicated for each service.

You can also book your appointment by phone at +36205291377.

What types of payment does Dora Graff Salon accept?

You can pay by cash or credit card at our salon.

 How can I cancel my appointment?

Does the salon have a cancellation policy?

Yes there is. We ask if you want to change or cancel your appointment, you can do it for no charge at least 24 hours before your booked appointment. In case of cancellation within 24 hours, 50% of the service fee will be charged, for which we will send an official invoice by e-mail.

Arriving late for an appointment may result in a shorter treatment. The cancellation conditions are automatically accepted with the booked appointment.

 What are the opening hours of the salon?

 Opening hours of our salon:

 Monday-Friday: 8 AM - 8 PM

Saturday-Sunday: Individual opening hours based on bookings

Bridal makeup and hair

Do you travel for wedding or special events?

Yes! We can travel to wherever your wedding or special events may be. Travel fee would be applied. We are also happy to travel outside of Budapest.

How should I prepare my hair before the wedding day?

Wash your hair the night before. DO NOT use any products that have a silicone base or oil to it. (e.g. Pantene, Tresemme ) These will make the hair too slippery and it will not hold a style well.

How should I prep my face?

You can lightly exfoliate and apply a hydrating moisturizer the night before. In the morning, gently wash your face with a gentle face wash and warm water and you can apply a light moisturizer.

Should I have a trial?

To ensure your big day flows easily, a trial is highly recommended. Our Stylist will discuss in person different makeup looks and hairstyles, decide on a look you love and then recreate it on you! She will take photos and a written record of makeup used.

What type of makeup brands do you use?

We make our makeup looks only with high-end makeup products, such as Bobbi Brown, Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Clinique, Mac, Guerlain, Dior, Huda Beauty, Jeffry Star, Morphe, Ben Nye, Kryolan, etc.

Do I have to pay deposit?

The final booking of your wedding makeup and hairstyle services is finalized with a deposit payment, which is 30% of the total amount of the makeup and hairstyle services (including your guests). The deposit must be paid by bank transfer or cash.

Order

What if my package is lost?

If your tracking information is not showing any movement or updates, please reach out to us at webshop@doragraff.com. It may happen that the package is delayed in the case of a larger order.

What if my order is damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or if a product is leaking, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Please send your order number and photos of the damage towebshop@doragraff.com 

How can I change or cancle my order?

Due to our fast fulfillment processing, please reach out to dora@doragraff.com to change or cancel your order. We will make every effort to help make any modifications for your order, but we cannot guarantee that your order will be cancelled or modified.  

When will my card be chared?

Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order.

Payment

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal. We do not accept cash, personal checks, or money orders as payment, but accept cash on delivery.

What should I do in case of unsuccessful payment?

These are usually payment orders that are not accepted by the card issuing bank.

The reason for the unsuccessful payment may also be that the authorization request was not received by the bank that issued the card due to a telecommunications or computer error. In this case, please contact the bank that issued your credit card.

Reasons for unsuccessful payment:

  • your bank does not accept the payment order,
  • online payment by your credit card is not possible,
  • your credit card has been expired,
  • there is insufficient coverage on the bank card,
  • the amount of the transaction exceeds the purchase limit set on the card,
  • the connection may have been lost during the transaction or you may have exceeded the time limit,
  • if you click on the "back" or "refresh" button, the system will automatically cancel your payment.

Return

What is your product return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with a product it can be returned within 30 days of your order fulfillment date. Please notify us of your return request at webshop@doragraff.com. Please note that skin care products that have already been opened or international orders are not eligible for return. 

How do I make a return?

To start your return request, please send an email to webshop@doragraff.com.

What if I already opened the product?

We understand that it may take a few tries to find the right product for your skin. We do not accept returns or exchanges of products where the product has already been opened. If the product is undamaged and you want to return it, please let us know at webshop@doragraff.com.

How long my refund take?

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to Dora Graff Salon. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four (4) weeks to allow for the time required by return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund and issue it in the form of payment used to make your purchase once your return process is complete.
